Radiosondes

In order to forecast the weather properly, meteorologysts need to know the atmosphere. That's why the measurements of the ground meteorological stations must be complemented with the altitude measurements made by radiosondes, establishing a vertical profile of the atmosphere in a determined location. This vertical profile consists of temperature, humidity and wind data at different altitude levels.
